About NGPDT – New Generation Photodynamic Therapy
NGPDT is a novel and uniquely effective cancer therapy employing a safe and highly efficient ‘sixth generation’ photo sensitizer agent activated by a novel harmless ‘Next Generation PDT’ LED light bed and laser system to treat many forms of solid and systemic cancer. Unlike other treatments such as Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy, NGPDT is useful in treating all cancer cell types, whether small cell or non-small cell type carcinoma.
It is well known that cancer survival rates decrease in the presence of disseminated disease. In this regard, NGPDT is considered as an ideal cancer therapy specifically targeting cancer cells destroying the primary tumor and at the same time triggering the immune system to recognize, track down and destroy any remaining tumor cells, be they at or near the site of the primary tumor or distant metastases.
